What we collect
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the details of your enquiry. We also use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used; see Cookies below.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, to coordinate repatriation services. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after last contact, then deleted. If you request deletion sooner, we will comply within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at any time to exercise these rights.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site and the enquiry form working and remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser as rs_consent). They are always on.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides are read, so we know which pages to improve. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, IP addresses are anonymised, and advertising features are switched off. Analytics are on unless you turn them off.
Your choice. When you first visit, a notice lets you accept, or decline and choose each category yourself. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the foot of every page. Choosing “Essential only” stops Google Analytics measuring your visits.
