Repatriation from Cameroon to Bahrain: what to expect

Cameroonian nationals in Bahrain include domestic workers and workers in construction and the service sector. Cameroon and Bahrain maintain diplomatic ties within the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). French-language Cameroonian death certificates require certified Arabic translation for the Civil Status and Passports Affairs Authority (CSPA). Bahrain does not maintain a resident Embassy in Cameroon; consular matters are covered by the Bahraini Embassy in Paris. Families should contact the Bahraini Embassy in Paris to initiate documentation. (Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2025.)
